Discussion
Weekly discussion questions will be posted here for all students to take part. Questions will pull from both reading and lectures and will require students to rely on either their understanding of the material or personal experience. Questions are posed by the instructor, but the discussion is student led. We’re looking for people to rock the reading material, here is your time to show you took it all in and expand your knowledge. Participation is mandatory for the 2-3 questions posed each week.

Activity
These are opportunities to practically apply the information, coach, or educate in real time. Students are required to be proactive in the expansion of their abilities and these activities will be action assignments ranging from speaking in front of group to instructing one or more athletes through movements. You will be required to record these actions live, upload to Youtube, and publish to this section for review. Giving and handling constructive criticism is at the heart of Power Athlete, this will also be an opportunity to hone in on this skill if called upon.

Study Hall
This class is a team, the goal should be to help everyone not usually see it through to the end, but also thrive as the material and action required grows. This study hall will be where students can interact with one another, pose questions, and have discussions about the materials outside of assigned tasks. @Luke and @McQuilkin’s availability will be limited here, so students are motivated to ask one another questions and seek the answers within the required and suggested reading materials, research studies, or Power Athlete provided resources (blogs and forums).
