Here is another option that I used on my last PA article and it was super easy. https://scholar.google.com Literally copy and paste the title of source you are working with, hit search, and then click cite. Multiple citation will pop up APA being one of them.

Apparently I talked too much, which usually isn’t the case.

Short Term Goals:
1. To successfully complete the the Power Athlete Academy. Like some have already said this may seem easy or a given, but we all have things that are pulling us in multiple directions (gym, off site training, rugby coaching, looming ACL surgery, other PA responsibilities) so this will definitely test me.
2. To implement the knowledge that I acquire as I go through the Academy to better the current athletes that I am working with. 15 of them are high school rugby players who are seeking their first national title, and the 30 high school softball players are seeking their first state title in almost 20 years. Both have the ability to accomplish those goals, and anything I can take away from this course to impart on them to increase their chance of success is why I am here.
3. To have a deeper knowledge and understandingĀ of all the Power Athlete concepts that are preached. When asked questions whether at the gym, or seminar about something I want to be able to intelligently respond with the answer, and not be unsure of what I just answered.
Long Term Goals:
1. To get back to being an active Power Athlete/Crossfit Football Seminar Coach, as well as taking on more responsibilities that go along with the higher roles. This course will give the knowledge, understanding, and practice to have confidence in myself as a Power Athlete Coach. It has been well over a year since coached at a seminar, and have been ready for awhile to get back into it.
2. Use the summer as a launching pad to try and create something similar to what Chad Hobbs has with the Athlete Factory. This would take a long timeĀ to get to his level, but I know I can expand on the athletes I serve. I love working with the rugby player, and am thrilled I acquired a softball team that allowed me to step outside of what I have been doing. I want to expand beyond my “nitch” of rugby. I want to become know as the gym where serious athletes of all types go to improve their performance, not just rugby players. The summer is when we launch our Sports Performance Camp, which I think will allow a greater reach.
3. After completion I want to leverage my experiences such as this to aid in creating/developing an ongoing continuing education course/outline for my coaches at my gym. I want to create the most knowledgeable staff in the area to continue to set ourself apart. As the business grows myself and the other owner step away from “Gen Pop” classes more and more. I want to continue to educate my coaches so it was as if I was on the coaching floor myself, and their is no drop off in the knowledge of the coaches the members get. As the saying goes “a high tide rises all ships”
