    Short Term Goals:
    1. Successfully complete Power Athlete Academy I.
    2. Take new knowledge from Power Athlete Academy and propose new Strength and Conditioning curriculum with my new Head Football Coach. If accepted, implement for Summer 2016 session.
    3. Not have the accomplishments of Goal #1 and Goal #2 negatively effect my role as both Athletic Trainer to Olathe South High School and Father/Husband to the Dolan family.

    Long Term Goals:
    1. Finish Power Athlete Academy.
    2. Implement Power Athlete template to all Strength and Conditioning Programs at OSHS starting School year 16-17.
    3. Implement Power Athlete template to new classes at CrossFit On Track (local box where that I currently provide ATC coverage) starting January 2017.
